Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

These terms apply when you use the PHX Door & Trim website, browse door and trim information, save product references, subscribe to updates, or submit an estimate request. PHX Door & Trim is Family owned and brings a decade of door and window experience to Phoenix and the Valley, with experience dating to 2016.

In short: website information helps start the conversation, but a form submission is not a quote or contract. Final project terms are established only in a separate written agreement.

Website Information

Descriptions, images, product references, measurements, timelines, and examples are general information. They are not engineering, legal, code, or safety advice. Actual openings, products, site conditions, permit requirements, and installation details must be reviewed for the specific project.

Estimate Requests Do Not Create A Contract

Submitting a form, saving a product list, or receiving an automated confirmation does not create a contract or authorize work. Submitting an estimate request does not guarantee availability, project acceptance, pricing, scheduling, or response timing. A project begins only after the responsible parties accept a separate written agreement.

Written Project Terms

Final field measurements, product availability, scope, price, schedule, finish responsibilities, manufacturer coverage, and workmanship terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

The written proposal identifies the business responsible for the project and confirms any applicable licensing, insurance, measurements, products, pricing, permits, schedule, payment terms, workmanship, and warranty terms before work begins.

Products, Manufacturers, And Third Parties

Product images and references may come from manufacturers or other third parties and can change without notice. Product availability, specifications, manufacturer coverage, lead times, and suitability are confirmed for the selected project. External services and links have their own terms and privacy practices.

Your Submissions

Provide accurate information that you have the right to share. With the consent shown on a form, submitted information may be stored privately and shared with service providers that help process or respond to the request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit passwords, payment card or bank information, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive information. Do not submit illegal, threatening, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content. Website forms do not accept file uploads; use only a secure sharing method provided after a response.

Acceptable Use

Do not disrupt or probe the site, bypass security or rate limits, scrape the site without permission, send automated or fraudulent requests, impersonate someone, introduce malicious code, or use the site to break the law or harm another person. Access may be limited to protect the site and its users.

Site Content And Intellectual Property

You may use the site for personal project planning. Do not republish, sell, misrepresent, or commercially exploit site content or branding without permission. Third-party names, images, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability And Disclaimers

The site is provided as available. We work to keep it useful and accurate, but errors, outages, delayed or rejected submissions, and outdated third-party information can occur. Do not rely only on website content for a purchase, safety decision, or project commitment.

Reasonable Limits On Responsibility

To the extent Arizona law allows, PHX Door & Trim is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, decisions made solely from website information, or the acts or omissions of a third-party service. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as the website changes. The date above shows the latest version. Updated terms apply to website use after they are posted and do not rewrite a separate project agreement already signed by the parties.

Arizona Law And Contact

Arizona law governs these terms without overriding consumer protections that must apply. Questions can be sent through the contact form.
