PHX Door & Trim uses this website to provide project information, receive quote and newsletter requests, prevent abuse, and understand how visitors use the site. This policy describes the website data flow; a separate written project agreement may address information collected after a customer relationship begins.
Information We Collect
Quote forms collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, project address or neighborhood, requested service, timing, selected products, measurements, and message. The website forms do not accept file uploads. If photos are useful, a secure sharing method can be provided after the first response.
If you begin a project request, information entered in that project form may be privately saved before you submit or when you leave the page. This allows incomplete requests and form problems to be reviewed. These draft details are restricted to authenticated operator access, are retained with short-lived analytics records, and are not sent to public analytics reports or notifications. Passwords, payment details, government identifiers, security codes, hidden attribution fields, and file contents are excluded.
The optional planning-newsletter form collects an email address and the time and source of consent. Website systems may also process an IP address, request identifier, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring source, and interactions such as product selections or form outcomes.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, prepare and follow up on quotes, maintain reliable request records, provide requested planning updates, measure website performance, improve the product and service guides, enforce consent, prevent duplicate submissions, and detect spam or abuse.
Where Information Goes
Validated quote requests are saved to the private TownRanker lead system before a private notification is sent through the site's notification service. Newsletter subscriptions are stored in a private site database and are not posted to the lead-notification channel. Hosting, security, analytics, and communication providers process only the information needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies, Analytics, And Spam Prevention
The site uses first-party browser storage and may load TownRanker analytics, Google Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and Cloudflare performance or security services. These tools can process page, referral, device, network, and interaction data. Analytics load after the main page is usable and can be limited with browser privacy controls or content blockers.
Forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may process device, network, and interaction information under Google's privacy policy and terms. A form is not accepted if the spam check is missing, fails, or cannot be verified.
Retention And Security
Request and subscription records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal or operational requirements, dispute handling, and security. Rate-limit records use a derived IP value rather than storing the raw address in the local abuse table and expire automatically. We use HTTPS, restricted server-side storage, request limits, duplicate protection, and access controls, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices
You can limit cookies or analytics with browser controls. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form. Include enough information to identify the record, but do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.
Remove A Planning Subscription
Use the same email address that was submitted for planning updates. The request is protected by the same consent, spam, rate-limit, and duplicate protections as other website forms.
Policy Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use of the site after a change means the current policy applies to later website activity.
