Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

PHX Door & Trim uses this site to provide planning information, receive project-review and referral requests, offer optional planning updates, prevent abuse, and understand site use. PHX Door & Trim is not representing itself through this policy as the contractor, installer, product seller, or other provider for a project. Any provider, product, price, schedule, or work scope must be confirmed separately.

In short: we use your details to respond to your request, an unfinished form may be saved privately for follow-up, and we do not sell or publicly post form information.

Information We Collect

Project forms collect information you choose to enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, project location, requested service, timing, product selections, measurements, quote-builder details, and message. The site does not accept file uploads. A separate sharing method may be discussed later if photos would help a Estimate review.

The planning-update and removal forms collect an email address, consent or removal status, request identifiers, and timestamps. Site systems may also process IP address or a derived IP value, browser and device details, page and referral information, campaign parameters, anonymous or session identifiers, interactions, and form outcomes.

Unfinished Form Drafts

When you begin a project or contact form, the private TownRanker tracking system may receive eligible values already typed into that form before you press submit. This can include contact and project details and can occur when a form is started or left unfinished. Password, payment-card, security-token, consent, CAPTCHA, and honeypot fields are excluded from this draft capture. Draft details are intended for private operational follow-up and are not posted publicly.

The browser may also keep referral details, anonymous identifiers, and a short-lived submission retry record. That retry record uses an opaque request key and a form-data hash rather than saving the personal values you typed.

How We Use Information

Information is used to review and respond to project requests, support referrals or follow-up, maintain reliable request records, provide requested planning updates, measure and improve the site, understand form completion, enforce consent, prevent duplicates, and detect spam, fraud, or abuse. Form information does not by itself create a contract, confirm a provider, place an order, or schedule work.

Service Providers And Private Notifications

Accepted project requests are sent to the private TownRanker lead system. TownRanker can create private team notifications, including through Discord, after it processes a request or an eligible unfinished-form event. Planning-update subscriptions and removals are stored in a separate private site database and are not sent through the project-lead notification path.

Hosting, security, analytics, spam-prevention, lead-management, notification, and communication providers process information to operate their services. These include TownRanker, Discord for private operational notifications, Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and Cloudflare. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply. PHX Door & Trim does not sell personal information or post form submissions, unfinished drafts, or private feedback publicly.

Cookies, Analytics, And Spam Prevention

The site uses first-party browser storage and may load TownRanker analytics, Google Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and Cloudflare performance or security services. These tools can process page, referral, device, network, identifier, and interaction data. Browser privacy controls or content blockers may limit some tracking, although blocking required site functions can affect form operation.

Forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated abuse. reCAPTCHA may process device, network, and interaction information under Google's privacy policy and terms. The site does not accept a form when the spam check is missing, fails, or cannot be verified.

Retention And Security

Draft events, accepted requests, subscription records, analytics, security records, logs, and backups may have different retention periods. They are kept for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for operational, legal, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or security needs. Providers and backups may retain information under their own schedules. A deletion request may therefore require verification and may not remove every record immediately where continued retention is reasonably necessary or legally permitted.

Security measures include HTTPS, restricted server-side storage, scoped service credentials, input validation, spam checks, request limits, duplicate protection, and access controls. The local abuse table uses a derived IP value rather than the raw address. No transmission, notification channel, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices And Contact

You can limit cookies or analytics with browser controls. If you do not want unfinished project-form details captured, do not enter them into a project or contact form. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form; identify the request as a privacy matter and provide enough information to locate the record. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information. Requests may require identity verification and remain subject to lawful retention needs.

Remove A Planning Subscription

Use the same email address that was submitted for planning updates. The request is protected by the same consent, spam, rate-limit, and duplicate protections as other website forms.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning property projects and is not directed to children under 13. PHX Door & Trim does not knowingly seek personal information from children. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to review and remove it where appropriate.

Security-Incident Notices

If a security incident involves information covered by applicable breach-notification law, PHX Door & Trim will investigate and provide notices when required. Arizona Revised Statutes section 18-552 may apply to certain computerized personal-information breaches. This policy does not expand, limit, or waive rights or duties under that law or other applicable law.

Policy Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Updates apply going forward unless applicable law or a separate notice requires otherwise.
